Well, with the NPC corp they are a member of wouldn't help super lots ... but maybe for the short term start out new players with a 1.00 standing in their faction ... which is basically the same standing they would have after completing the starte...

And don't forget the fact that the roids respawn every day after Downtime. With Downing the Slavers, just don't clear the 2nd room until you're totally done mining. You get the mission for 7 days, so you can easily make 200m with it. :-p
